On the basis of hydrogeology of the study area, the characteristics of chemistry of groundwater were analyzed. 18 samples collected in different areas, including pore water, bedrock fissure water were studied in the paper. Analysis results show that the main hydrochemical types of the groundwater are HCO_3-Ca,HCO_3·SO_4-Ca?Mg, and HCO_3·Cl-Ca?Na. The regions with good quality water are mainly distributed in low Mountain and hilly zone. Due to eluviations and evaporation, SO_4~(2+), Mg~(2+) has been increased in some area. And in addition, the CI~-, Na~+ content increased in the upstream of the two rivers and the southeast coastal land, mainly because of the influence of marine monsoon. And some areas have higher NO_3~-mainly because of the influence of the human economic activities.
