Water scarcity is a common phenomenon in northern cities, due to indiscriminate discharge of sewage contamination along the river, though it had governance severally, the river is still smelling "stench", the water is also stale, river chlorine algae fluttering, the bottom sludge full set. Existing sewage treatment technologies have played a huge role in the town sewage works, but these technologies can not do anything to the "secondary pollution "in the river. It is also a barmy way to build sewage works along the river, it's unwise and unscientific. Because treatment costs are high so that these technologies can not be widely used lies. So we thought, can we innovat a technology to treat part of or whole of the sewage in the river, also manufactures the production of other industries at the same time? This article attempts to do a study in this regard.
