A Videoconference System on the Campus Networks Based on H.323 Protocol

摘要

This paper presents a videoconference system on the campus networks according to the H.323 protocol. The key techniques of the system were described in detail, as well as the implementation of the system especially for RTP/RTCP protocol and terminal. The running mechanism of the system is also discussed.
