Treatment of the mandibular angle fractures with 2 miniplates: our experience

Fractures of the mandibular angle represent almost 20% of all mandibular fractures. The aim of the treatment is the recovery of the physiological masticatory function and of the occlusion through the most suitable technique in terms of efficacy.The purpose of the following study is to evaluate complications related to the treatment of mandibular angle fractures by means of rigid internal fixation with 2 miniplates through intraoral and transcutaneous access.
