The research results for models of nanocrystalline films of gas-sensitive materials (GSM) are presented using Math Cad program. The surface conductivity of film of gas-sensitive materials during adsorption of molecules of analyzed gas on GSM film surface was analyzed in the simulation mode of operation. The research results for surface nanocomposite topology and surface modeling by volume structure depending on synthesis conditions and microchip sizes are presented. The circuit model of semiconductor nanocomposite gas-sensitive material has been developed. The designing procedure for sensitivity of a GSM sensor control in the presence of volume structure is offered. Modeling of electrochemical processes of nanocomposite materials on the basis of the three-dimensional resistor matrix is justified.
