Development of qualitative method for marker compounds of Bang-poong-tong-sung-san by iontraphybrid time of flight (IT-TOF) mass spectrometer

摘要

The LC-MS/MS method for the qualification was developed and profile of marker compounds in methanol extract of BPTS was completed. The library for MS~n spectra of marker compounds in BPTS was built. The repeatability of retention times and peak areas reveals that the developed method was very reproducible for profile of BPTS. The developed method was successfully applied to BPTS and presents the profile of marker compounds in extract of BPTS.
