The quantitation software still consists of different software modules. The goal is to develop this further to one single program with all functionality built - in. The function of the quantitation software will be project focused. All experiments that belong to a specific project will be handled automatically with a set of pre - defined parameters. Below is a preview of the software. Important for the user is the ability to select a number of export functionalities for post processing and statistical analysis. Our in - house developed quantitation software can read and display MSI data from different instrument vendors after the data has been converted to imzML data format. imzML converters for both Bruker's FID and Container format as well as Thermo's Xcalibur raw format were developed. Construction of different ROI's can be performed in the image viewer and external software are no longer needed to display the result of the ROI quantitation.
