1.In the comparative GC-MS analysis, 68 and 72 chromatographic peaks were observed from S1 and S2, respectively. Accordingly, 26 and 33 compounds were identified based on NIST library, while 28 compounds display obvious discrepancies between those two species. 2.In case of comparative LC-MS/MS analysis, 47 and 39 potential compounds were detected from B1/E1 and B2/E2, respectively. Further analysis revealed 27 common components existed in both species based upon their retention time and MS spectra; while over 30 components demonstrated obvious differences between these two species.
