Gradient elution and "tMRM" were employed for simultaneous identification and quantitative of twenty betaagonists. Good recoveries were found to be in the range of 61.3-107.64% and the limit of quantitation (LOQ, S/N>10) was 0.02 or 0.05 ng ml~(-1) for all target analytes with six internal standards (ISTD) that the concentration of ISTD was 1.0 ng ml~(-1) in spiked tissue sample. Moreover, good precision and linearity were obtained for quantitative determination in tissue samples by the proposed uHPLC-MS/MS method with "Triggered MRM". The precision was in the ranges of 0.48-10.05% and the R~2 value was better than 0.99. The matrix match calibration was almost the same result of intercept and slope for dynamic MRM (DMRM) and triggered MRM (tMRM). The developed method of "tMRM" offered a higher selectivity and as the same sensitive detection as dMRM for foodsafety applications by successfully employing the method to quantitatively determine beta-agonists in complex tissue samples.
