A novel UPLC-ESI/MSMS quantification method for 15 ECs was developed LOQ values compared well to profiling methods dealing with a large array of endocannabinoids. High sensitivity and specificity associated with a short run time. Good recovery rates in different matrices (human plasma and bovine milk) These findings highlight that this method can be used to quantify ECs in different biological samples.
