It can be obviously seen that the binding affinities of three synthetic molecules, Tel03, Tel-En and TMPyP4 with Q1-Q2 are much higher than the other three natural products in all molar ratio cases. Therefore, Our Results indicate that the perylene and porphyrin derivatives (Tel03, Tel-EN and TMPyP4), can bind to the telomeric RNA G-quadruplexes with high affinities and may benefit researches in regulation of the telomerase activities.
