A High Throughput Protein Crash-Solid Phase Extraction-HPLC-MS/MS Method for Vitamin D Screening Assay

摘要

1. We have developed a high throughput vitamin screening assay. Vitamin D can be extracted by a combination of protein crash plate and Sagacity HL SPE plate, then the elute is analyzed by LC-MS/MS. 2. The whole sample preparation procedures can be performed by using a robotic system. Excellent recovery and reproducibility were achieved by using this method.
