Measuring Proteins Across Developmental Stages of C. elegans Using Molecular Weight Fractionation and High-resolution Mass Spectrometry

The combination of Gelfree fractionation and high-resolution mass spectrometry provides protein molecular weight information that validates the accuracy of predicted gene models. This information can also be used to resolve different translated gene products and to improve protein abundance measurements between developmental stages.
