Non-targeted screening of Psychactive Substances in Legal Highs by Nano-LC-chip-Q/ToF

摘要

Nano-LC-chip-Q/ToF can be used for high thruoutput effective and reliable screening of psychoactive substances in legal highs. It ensures both high sensitivity and high mass accuracy. In-house developed database of ca. 8000 psychactive substance entries compiled as a Personal Compound Database compatible with Mass Hunter enabled quick and reliable identification of examined product ingredients. Observed in many cases column overloading makes a molecular feature extractor algorithm futile, however, the interpretation problem was easily overcome when formula generator algorithm was applied on spectra extracted at peak ends.
