摘要

1. The immobilized pepsin coupled with nanoESI has been proved to have a good coverage (approx80percent) in fast online digestion (approx1.3min) of proteins. 2. The rapid and complete digestion of protein in the immobilized pepsin microreactor has been applied H/D exchange mass spectrometry. The deuterium incorporation of protein showed higher percentage than the one in solution digestion with HPLC separation which suffers from serious back exchange problem.
