Rapid trace determination of Chloramphenicol in Honey using Molecularly Imprinted Polymer followed by LDTD-APCI-MS/MS

Very easy sample preparation. Ultra-fast Chloramphenicol thermal desorption in 3 seconds. Analysis by the instrument takes less than 8 seconds for each sample. Reproducible for different honeys, even for robust dark ones. Suitable method for rapid detection of CAP in honey with an expected limit of detection well below 0.1 ppb.
