Case Report-A Pulmonary Pleomorphie Carcinoma Presenting with Intractable Hiccup

Pulmonary pleomorphic carcinoma usually presents in symptomatic older male smokers as large peripheral lesions, often with chest wall invasion and metastases at diagnosis. These symptoms usually include chest pain, cough and hemoptysis. Here we present a case diagnosed as pulmonary pleomorphic carcinoma of right upper lobe of lung combined with intractable hiccup, a rare reported symptom.
