INVESTMENT ATTRACTION ANALYSIS AND ASSESSMENT OF MINING PROJECTS FOR FOREIGN INVESTORS IN RUSSIA

The major strategic goal of Russian mining enterprises development is to attract and search for new foreign and domestic investors. The article discusses the possibilities of attracting external investments for mining enterprise development projects. The necessity of working out and implementing a series of measures targeted at attraction of domestic and foreign investors is pointed out. The magnitude of assessment and analysis of results of its investment attraction is outlined. The necessity of quality, reliability and safety improvement of investment decisions, based on the up-to-date methods and procedures of investment projects assessment, adapted for extractive production specificity is underlined. The major concepts of the developed integrated assessment and mining investment projects efficiency administration procedure under uncertain realization environment conditions are stated.
