Existence and uniqueness of two-dimensional nonlinear Urisohn-Volterra fuzzy functional integral equations

In this paper we investigate two-dimensional nonlinear Urisohn-Volterra fuzzy functional integral equation (2D-NUVFFIE). We prove the existence of a continuous solution of 2D-NUVFFIE using the Schauders fixed point theorem. Then the uniqueness of the solution is proved using some conditions. To validate the obtained results we present an illustrative example.
