Null-test with perfect models: 1. Software works properly; 2. Continuous improvement of orbits by inclusion the optical range links and synchronized clocks. Combined mismodeling of 7 effects: 1. Empirical accelerations efficiently compensate dynamic mismodeling; 2. No significant difference between global and regional (EU) network of five stations; 3. One ground station sufficient for sub-cm radial orbit and <15 μm/s velocity accuracy. Precise inter-satellite optical ranges: 1. Necessary for sub-cm POD (radial) with limited ground infrastructure; 2. Necessary for compensation of mismodeling errors with empirical accelerations. MEO/LEO clock synchronization: 1. Enables POD with highest accuracy. Zero-difference ambiguity fixing: 1. Improves orbit accuracy if all clocks are synchronized and known (fixed); 2. Not critical to fulfill current orbit accuracy requirements.
