摘要

Artemisia annua L., a plant used as traditional Chinese herb medicines, is rich in sesquiterpene lactones that present a wide range of biological activities, exhibiting therapeutic potential as anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial. Here, an improved liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) protocol was developed to quantify artemisinin and its derivative compounds in A. Annua extracts obtained by supercritical CO_2 fractional extraction.
