Research on the evaluation of hotel operation risk in mountain scenic resorts based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation

Hotel operation risk assessment is an important part of security management. The hotel is faced with more uncertain risks in the process of operation, because of the special natural geographical conditions and market conditions of mountainous scenic resorts. According to the characteristics of multi-level and multi-factor influence of operational risk, this paper establishes the index system of risk evaluation. Based on the conventional analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the weight of each index factor is determined and the operation risk assessment model of mountain scenic resorts hotel is established. This paper uses this model to evaluate the operational risk of 6 hotels in Huangshan scenic resorts. This method is used to test the survey data of 6 hotels in Huangshan scenic resorts. The results show that the calculation process is scientific and reasonable, and the final evaluation result is scientific.
