IDENTIFICATION OF SAFETY SPEED ON URBAN ARTERIAL ROADS BASED ON TRAFFIC CONFLICT TECHNIQUE

摘要

Taking the traffic of Chengdu 2 huan road as the object, this paper studied the relationship between traveling speed and traffic safety and then the identification model of safety speed on urban arterial road was proposed. The result indicated that the reasonable traveling speed on Chengdu 2 huan road is 35km/h-45km/h.
