Chemical compounds observed include lipids such as phosphatidylethanolamine (PE), phosphatidylserine (PS), phosphatidylcholine (PC), phosphatidylinositol (PI), and diacylglyceride (DG). Distinct localizations are observed, both in cell development stages and in 3D single cell reconstruction, with PE(38:6) largely localized to the center of the cell and DG localized in the cell and yolk borders.
