摘要

A screening dynamic algorithm that can efficiently search for numerous compounds in a short time was developed. Standards were used to test the effectiveness of the algorithm. Fish samples from the Lake Michigan that have already been analyzed for long chain perfluoroalkyl acids were analyzed by the algorithm. A total of 3570 possible compounds including C4-C10 perfluorinated and polyfluorinated chlorinated carboxylic acids and sulfonates and their ether forms were target analytes.
