OrbiTrap for the novo sequencing of non tryptic skin peptides of Slovenian Brown Frogs Rana latastei and Rana temporaria

摘要

Joint information of CID+ETD+HCD spectra allows for the de novo sequencing of 11 new natural peptides including 6 containing intramolecular SS bond. Excessive energy in HCD mode activates secondary fragmentation processes leading to the spectra less efficient for the aims of the de novo sequencing of long peptides.
