A robust, high sensitivity and high throughput bioanalytical method for naloxone, buprenorphine and norbuprenorphine was developed, validated and applied successfully to clinical sample analysis. The compensated characteristics of liquid-liquid extraction and HILIC chromatography were integrated to develop a sensitive, efficient and robust bioanalytical method.
