Study of a Preparation Method for a Highly Reproducible Monolithic Silica Capillary Column for Shotgun Proteomics

摘要

Column performance concerned physical property were improved by controlling the chemical property of sol-gel starting mixture, e.g. pH, stirring time, temperature and so on. In washing procedure, just-gelled monolithic silica assumed to be broken randomly by the pump pressure.
