摘要

An ULPC-MS/MS method was developed for quantitative determination of E and 6beta-OHE in human ruine in the range of 1-150 ng/mL and 5 - 75 ng/mL for E and 6beta-OHE, respectively. The assay performance (accuracy and precision) is similar for UPLC-MS/MS method and HPLC-MS/MS method. The UPLC-MS/MS method significantly reduces the run time with better separation efficienty, higher sensitivity, and reduced matrix effects comparing to the HPLC-MS/MS method.
