1. The membrane interacting sequences appear in every domain of CPR suggesting various modes of CPR interaction with the membrane. Multiple membrane interacting areas assumes inter-domain motion as an important function for CPR. 2. The membrane interacting site of CYP46A1overlaps with the entrance to the substrate access channel proposed from crystal structure.
