Massive fetomaternal hemorrhage is an uncommon problem during late pregnancy that places the fetus at risk of severe morbidity and mortality. Rapid and massive fetomaternal hemorrhage may be a cause of perinatal hypoxic damage or finally fetus death. Early diagnose a symptoms at presentation and appropriate management may permit the fetus to escape serious injury.
