Optical Coatings Containing Well-Controlled Few Nanometer Thick Metal Layers

摘要

Basic ideas of the integrated approach to designing and manufacturing of optical coatings with thin metal layers are presented. The potential of the proposed approach is confirmed by winning results at international manufacturing contests.
