摘要

The tuyere camera equipment and the image processing system on the Blast Furnace is composed by the camera equipments installed on tuyeres, which can transmits the video signal to the control room. The video image is sent to computer, and then be processed and calculated. The system delivers the quantitative analysis of the situation of temperature and the coal stream in front of tuyeres. The system has been applied at the NO.1 BF (1200m~3) of the Panzhihua New Steel & Vanadium Co., Ltd and achieved good effect. They can learn the working status of the tuyeres, the coal injection system and the information around the furnace circumference. This will guide them to control the furnace to work smoothly.
