The aim of this work is to present an alternative technique for the treatment of waters contaminated by dispersed oil.Furthermore,the treatment system should achieve high removal efficiencies even under unfavorable conditions,when oil is finely dispersed in water phase and oil droplet sizes range of 10-30μm and concentrations between 100 and 200 mg/L.The system presented in this work focuses the association of centrifugal separation led in hydrocyclone and the flotation operation.
