摘要

We will report our excellent development in crystallizing doxorubicin hydrochloride (DXR HCl) that was performed by carrying out the crystallization at 40°C or higher degrees. This advanced method is efficient for producing DXR HCl crystals with low residual solvents, good water solubility, high stability against heat, and low hygroscopicity. These improvements in physico-chemical properties were supposed to result from a good crystal growth, that is larger crystals were formed than the previous method.
