In this paper the infrasound influence on human organism considered. Some approaches to infrasound norming and infrasound disease therapy were proposed. Usually the low-frequency oscillations of airplane construction during flight in atmosphere considered as the source of infrasound in aircraft cabin. Nevertheless modern turbo-fan engines also can generate infrasound through interaction with airframe. For passengers and crew protection from infrasound influence the low-frequency engine mounting were developed (Tupolev Design Bureau). It can provide low-frequency noise decreasing on 10-12 dB. Also it's important to develop a special infrasound disease therapy for crew and people who often exposed by infrasound. One of possible methods of such therapy is an inhibition of free radical production with help of antioxidant or laser therapy. It also important to develop special norms on infrasound for people with diseases of internal organs (heart, lungs etc.) and/or with implantants (such as, mechanical heart valves). It causes from data that surgical operations and implantation of mechanical parts can shift the volume frequency of organ or create an additional frequency. These new frequencies can be closer to any infrasound frequencies presenting in aircraft cabin. Consequently, for these people infrasound can be more dangerous than for other.
