摘要

This article deals with the development of a system integration mechanism for cosmodrome ground-based space infrastructure (GSI) profile. The research and methodological tools used to handle the problem includes system approach, theory of hierarchical multilevel systems and target-oriented process efficiency theory. Also reviewed are specific characters of quality and safety characteristics for GSI facilities and equipment. Described is the system integration mechanism of cosmodrome GSI profile that incorporates four hierarchical levels of research. The developed methodology allows handling of problems related to the shaping of a rational cosmodrome GSI profile as an integrated complex system, as well as a rational profile of individual technically complex GSI facilities and equipment units such as launch complex, technical complex etc. The presented material has found practical application in scientific-technical coordination and knowledge-intensive research and development in the field of GSI.
