Laparoscopic surgery has enabled to perform minute operation through the enlarged visual f^eld, and aggressively promoted lymph node dissection surgery which has been considered complicated so far. On the other hand, it was clarified that it has difficulty in grasping anatomy due to the enlarged visual field. We have integrated CT technology and computer technology and developed the technique to convert real time 3D CT to the visual field from the same angle as that of endoscopic field during surgery, which has been used in the clinical setting. This system enables ensured lymph node dissection by proceeding surgery, grasping the anatomy. Endoscopic surgery has the feature of constant monitoring in performing surgery, thus it has environment facilitating to refer to image information using the submonitor. Hereafter, by spread of such supporting system, more ensured surgery will be carried out.
