MODELS FOR GENE REGULATORY NETWORKS: A REVERSE ENGINEERING APPROACH

In this paper we demonstrate the use of Boolean approach in modeling conditional independencies between deterministic and stochastic variables in genetic networks and in the study of the dynamic nature of interacting genes.
