摘要

The chemistry of nickel complexes now stands at an important position in useful organic catalytic reactions. Focusing on the versatile nickel catalysts, simple Ni(0) and Ni(II) complexes, such as [Ni(COD)_2], [NiX_2(monophosphine)_2], and [NiX_2(eta~2-bisphosphine)] (X = Cl, Br), have been used in many useful catalytic reactions. Recently, new complexes bearing the N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) have attracted considerable attention, and these compounds must be more widely exploited as versatile active catalysts in organic synthesis.
