The medical committee of the Swiss hemophilia association decided in 1995 to set up a hemophilia data base. The aim was1. to get an overview of hemophilia epidemiology in Switzerland.2. to make the most important data of hemophilia patients available to treaters especially for situations patients ask for treatment in another than their original hemophilia centre.
