It has been very essential to analyze the relationships between sequences, structures and functions of proteins for predicting their functions from the sequences and structures. However, there have been few cases in which the relationships between sequences, structures and functions are discussed. P-loop containing nucleotide triphosphate hydrolase superfamily, which contains common sequence patterns, two distinct motifs, "Walker A" and "Walker B", first reported by Walker et al. [4], This superfamily includes four of the six primary classes of enzymes, as defined by the enzyme commission number (E. C. number) [5].
