The postulated genes of adult-plant resistance in nine selection samples of wheat obtained by intergeneric hybridization method (140/971, 142/971, k-62905, 118/00', 127/00', 28/02v, 119/97', 120/97', 121/00') were made an attempt. Five collection pathotypes with different virulence genes to wheat lines with known adult-plant resistance genes Lr 12, Lr 13, Lr 22b, Lr 34, and Lr 37 had been selected. At the flag leaf stage, the reaction of plants to infection differed depending on a particular host-parasite combination. The adult-plant resistance gene Lr 12 was determined in sample 119/97', gene Lr 37 in sample 120/97', gene Lr 34 in sample 140/97', and genes Lr 34 and Lr 12 in sample 142/97'. In other wheat cultivars, the resistance genes were not identified. Presumably, the pathotypes used do not contain virulence genes complementary to resistance genes of the samples.
