摘要

The halothane test was the main method to evaluate of pigs stress-sensitivity for almost 20 years. The genetic base of the stress-sensitivity is mutant atlele CRC~+. Carriers of this allele are usually characterized by positive reaction to halothane ingalation. Our investigations showed the discordance between results of the halothane testing and molecular genetic analysis of stress-susceptibility in new meat breed population. The aim of the present research was to evaluate the halothane-reaction effect on behaviour of piglets after regrouping.
