摘要

The accumulated in-service experience, especially in the extreme conditions of NS accidents, shows that the existing means of both collective and individual rescue are not fully reliable, not developed adequately and, as a rule, can fail in extreme conditions. This applies to the design of surfacing escape chamber, emergency escape hatch, to design of messenger buoy, as vell as individual breathing devices. On the basis of newly developed explosion ― proof system for collective rescue of crew a new concept is proposed for integration of the above rescue facilities into a single design complex.
