The robust H{sub}∞ control problem for uncertain stochastic time-delay systems containing saturating nonlinear actuators is considered. The uncertainties are assumed to satisfy specific match condition. The time delays exist in state as well as control input. A sufficient condition for which the stochastic system is robust stable in probability for all admissible uncertainties and all time delays is derived. The delay-independent memoryless robust H{sub}∞ controllers are constructed to stabilize the given system in terms of a group of linear matrix inequalities.
