Intermediate neutron Fields were developed using three different neutron sources, i.e., a ~(124)Sb-Be photoneutron source, an iron filtered neutron beam from the Kyoto University Reactor (KUR), and a Sc(p,n)Ti reaction using an electrostatic accelerator at the Electrotechnical Laboratory (ETL). Neutron fluences of the iron filtered neutron beam and the neutron generated by Sc(p,n)Ti reaction were measured by a ~3He or hydrogen gas proportional counter. Neutron emission rate of the ~(124)Sb-Be source was measured by a manganese bath method developed at the ETL. Neutron energy spectra were simulated by MCNP-4 code. Field properties were then studied and compared.
