摘要

Angiotensin II (AII) is an octapeptide,produced in the blood as a result of two different enzymatic hydrolyses,which occur in the renal hypertensor system.Among many others pharmacological properties,angiotensin II exerts its effects in the smooth and visceral muscles,peripheral and central nervous system and in the induction of aldosterone releasing from the cortex adrenal gland.
