Equivalent circuit parameters under non-uniformly concentrated illumination were studied. Apparent diode ideality factor increases by non-uniform concentration or high concentration operation, thus leads to "rounded" I-V curve and lower FF. This was not modeled by classical power loss calculation. The possible reasons are distributed diode effect. This effect may be a main factor to limit conversion efficiency of concentrator tandem solar cells and is necessary to consider in design.
