摘要

The contribution introduces modeling of human interaction with formalizable systems. Core of the work is an engineering oriented modeling approach. The interaction is modeled using a situation-operator modeling (SOM) technique. The strong relation between human interaction, planning, learning and human errors will be shown as well as the connection to related mental representations.
